ESPECIFICAÇÕES DE FABRICAÇÃO
· ASTM A–213: Tubos mistos ferríticos e austeníticos sem costura(importado).
· ASTM A-249: Tubos em aço inoxidável austenítico com costura para caldeiras, sobre aquecedores, trocadores de calor e condensadores. Abrange os tubos produzidos com diferentes qualidade de aços inoxidáveis austeníticos, com espessuras de parede nominal, aplicáveis a equipamentos segundo o código ASME AS-249 de caldeiras e recipientes de pressão, seçãoII.
· ASTM A-269: Tubos em aço inoxidável austenítico com costura para serviços gerais.
· ASTM A-270: Tubos em aço inoxidável austenítico com e sem costura para uso sanitário (Indústria Alimentícia), de acordo com as normas A-312 e DIN 11.850.
· ASTM A-312: Tubos em aço inoxidável austenítico destinado à condução de líquidos e serviço a alta e baixa temperatura. Dimensões de acordo com a norma ANSI B 36.19.
· ASTM A-358: Tubo em aço inoxidável austenítico do cromo-níquel soldado com deposição de material metálico para aplicação em serviços a altas temperaturas e ambientes corrosivos. A norma é usualmente recomendada nas seguintes dimensões: Ø entre 8” e 48” e espessuras acima de 2,77mm
· ASTM A-409: Tubo em aço inoxidável austenítico soldado com adição de metal ou sem costura para uso geral em meios corrosivos e variados para altas e baixas temperaturas. A norma usualmente recomenda as seguintes dimensões de fabricação: Ø entre 14” e 30” e espessuras de 3,96mm à 7,92mm.
· ASTM A-554: Tubos redondos, quadrados, retangulares, ovais e especiais para aplicação em estruturas. Soldados automaticamente sem adição de metais, sem tratamento térmico decapado e livre de rebarba. Diâmetro e ovalização ou outras grandezas tanto para redondos quanto quadrados e retangulares—vide tabela de tolerância dimensional para ASTM A-554.
