Pipe production
• pipes are produced by forming steel strips into a cylindrical shape followed by double-side automatic submerged arc welding
• delivery in accordance with DIN, API, EN, STN; in accordance with other
standards or specially agreed conditions
• diameters from 406 to 1420 mm; wall thickness from 5,0 to 12,5 mm; lengths from 8 to 18 m, or in exact lengths with tolerance in accordance with relevant standards. On agreement, pipes cut in lengths less than 8 m can be delivered in limited quantity.
• all pipes are carefully tested using non-destructive methods (ultrasound, X-rays).

Certified - in accordance with EN ISO 9001: 2000 issued by DNV

According to quality requirements and application, the pipes are produced and delivered divided into three quality classes:
1st class – for less demanding purposes (protective pipes, sewage pipes etc.).Steel grade not prescribed. Test pressure max. 2,5 MPa.
2nd class – for liquid media transportation, long-distance water and crude oil pipelines. Low-pressure gas pipelines are admitted. Test pressure max. 4,0 MPa.
3rd class – for demanding purposes - long-distance water, crude oil pipelines and gas pipelines. Test pressure depending on used materials.
