Epoxy Powder Coating

Made of epoxy resin. Excellent mechanical property and resistance to chemcial, water and corrosion, high flexibility and electro-insulating property. Suitable for use as high-dury coating on metal surfaces. Not recommended for general exterior coating.

Glossy, Semi-dull, plain, full dull and special-effect types.

Automotive parts, home appliance, office facility, pipe, etc.

PE Powder Coating

Thermoplastic powder coating. Excellent flexibility, insulating property and resistant to chemcial and low temperature. Suitable for thick coating. Non-poisonous.
Types Available:  
A, Standard type; B, weather resistant type; C, engineering type
A: suitalbe for bike parts, toy, tools, etc.
B: suitable for exterior structures, air conditioner casing, etc.
C: suitable for road grid, exterior grille, chemical equipment, pipe, etc.
Application condition:
Pre-heat the part to be coated to 270-360°C, place in a fluidized bed for 4-8s, then baking at 180-190°C for 2-5 min. Stay to let coating film leveled.

PETROBRAS' ET-200.03 Engineering Specification ("Piping Materials for Production and Process Facilities"), which establishes standards for using low density linear polyethylene in carbon steel piping, as to appendix 13 of such specification.
UNI 9099-DIN 30670 POLYETHYLENE COATING APPLIED BY EXTRUSION
The external coating in polyethylene is applied on steel pipes for buried or submerged pipelines for water and methane as well as on gas distribution pipes. Coating thickness depends on pipe diameter and which UNI 9099 typology (see table) is requested. The three layers polyethylene coating offers a long lasting corrosion protection, high resistance and strong adhesion with service temperature from -20° C to a maximum +60/80° Celsius. The black pipe is sandblasted by metallic grit to SA 2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 standard, then a first layer of primer is applied, the second layer consists in polyethylenic adhesive and the third in polyetyhlene layer. After cooling the coating is cut back on pipe-ends and checked as per UNI 9099/DIN 30670: visual inspection, control on thickness, dielectric continuity and technological tests.

EN 10290-EXTERNAL LIQUID APPLIED POLYURETHANE COATINGS (The polyurethane coatings for onshore and offshore pipelines is a mechanical and anti-corrosion protection with outstanding life expectancy and performance, resistance to aggressively corrosive environments, high abrasion resistance and strong adhesion. UNI-ISO 5256/87 STANDARD-BITUMEN COATING (The external bitumen coating for buried pipelines was one of the first anti-corrosion protections and still today it is one of the most used as it is a valid solution due to its technical performances having an elevated resistance and longlife expectancy. The mechanical, chemical and dielectric properties of this coating adequatly protects the steel pipelines for water and methane as well as pipes for electric power generation. Particular attention is made during all the phases of the production according to UNI-ISO 5256/87 which also defines the choice of the raw materials, the surface preparation to the grade SA2/ST3 according to ISO 8501-1 standard and its application.
