Spiral welded steel pipes in accordance withSTN 42 5738 – dimensions According to quality requirements and application, the pipes are produced and delivered divided into three quality classes: 1st class – for less demanding purposes (protective pipes, sewage pipes etc.).Steel grade not prescribed. Test pressure max. 2,5 MPa. 2nd class – for liquid media transportation, long-distance water and crude oil pipelines. Low-pressure gas pipelines are admitted. Test pressure max. 4,0 MPa. 3rd class – for demanding purposes - long-distance water, crude oil pipelines and gas pipelines. Test pressure depending on used materials.
