Standard Met︰The products are used for control rod, shock absorber, transmission shaft, steering axle, front and rear axle, stabilizer rod, muffler and replacement parts for varieties of middle and high class carsand business cars.

Main steel grades:1035, 1045,16Mn, 20Cr, 40Cr, CK35, CK45, SAE1035, SAE1045, St37, St45, St52, etc.

These tubes are manufactured according to DIN 2391 and EN 10305-1. All aspects such as mechanical properties and dimension tolerances highly conform to the requirements of diesel engine tube. In view of oil tube's special quality requirements, we use high quality raw material St34.2, St35, St37,St37.4, St45, St52 from No.5 Steel Group worldwide Baosteel which is better in mechanical properties regarding elongation rate, tensile strength, especially high pressure resistance.
DIN Cold Drawing and BA Seamless Tube with High Precision
  Synopsis of Process Routing: quality carbon steel → cold drawing → bright heat treatment without oxidization (NBK status) → nondestructive testing. In the wall honing and inside flushing under the high pressure→. Antirust oiling outside surface→plastic capping on both ends
  Main Features: high accuracy, excellent brightness, no oxidization on the outer and inner walls after heat treatment, high cleanness inside wall. The steel tube is able to stand high pressure. No deformation after cold bending, no crack after flaring and flattening . The complicated geometrical forming and machining can be realized. Color of tube: gray with white.
  Main Application: to be used in hydraulic system, automobile and in the occasion where the high precision, brightness, cleanness and mechanical properties of the tube are required.
