Specifications︰ The pressure vessels were used in working condition of corrosive medium for reaction, separation, evaporation, cooling, crystallizing, heat exchanging and other chemical process.
The material of the pressure vessel is non-ferrous metals include stainless steel, titanium, nickel, zirconium, tantalum and so on. These metals have excellent corrosion resistance, and can increase working efficiency and service life.

We will design and manufacture the ferrous and non-ferrous pressure vessel according to your requirement, technical drawing or parameter.

These tanks are manufactured confirming to various design standards like ASME SECT VIII DIV I & II, AD-MERKBLATTER, PD5500, IS2825 and under the stage wise inspection of various third party inspection agencies like DNV, BVIS, TUV, LLOYDS, PDIL and others.

Quality Control





Prior to handing over or shipment the final products, all manufactured components undergo thorough quality control inspection to ensure conformance to ASME codes and / or other international codes and standards. Upon request, we will also perform inspections to ensure compliance to specific customer requirements.

Where applicable, pressure vessel heads, shells and other components are supplied with a Certificate of Compliance showing type, size, material type, order numbers and minimum thicknesses.

For heads, the Certificate of Compliance also includes visual inspections done on heads (roundness, form conformity, surface conditions, etc.), and certifies that the heads are made to meet the applicable standards, such as:

ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1, UCS-79(d), UG-80(b), UG-81

ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 2, 6.1.2.1 & 4.3.2.2
